Letter from the Editor

by Randy Puckett

I think it's safe to say that we're heading in the right direction with Holidays Online. It's an evolutionary process, and of course, there are bugs that need to worked out, but we're very happy with the direction the online publication is taking.

I encourage visitors to this site to e-mail myself (rpuckett@monacohr.com) or our webmaster, Steve (sbarth@monacohr.com), and give us your impressions of Holidays Online. How can we make it easier for you to use and navigate this site? How can we make it more compatible to its print version, Holidays magazine, to better serve your needs? What would you like to see more of? Less of? We're always open to your questions, comments and suggestions. Your feedback is crucial to our success.

This Nov/Dec issue of Holidays Online is a good one. We're offering full text versions with pictures from Holidays magazine of our towable product review, "A Presidential Year," a complete test review of the 2001 Presidential Fifth Wheel, and our 2001 gasoline motorhome product review, "Holiday Rambler's Triple Threat," a comprehensive review of Holiday Rambler's gasoline motorhome lineup. Also, there's full text of our technical features "Motorhome Tires 101," a look at the care and maintenance of your motorhome's tires, and "The Dirt On Keeping It Clean," which covers everything you need to know to make your coach's exterior beautiful. As a bonus, read the full text of our special customer service letter, "Staying Ahead of the Curve," by Director of Customer Service Support April Klein.

Thank you for visiting us here on the web. I hope your visit is an enjoyable one. Don't forget to call (800) 634-0855 to get on the mailing list for Holidays magazine, if you aren't already. You can also pick up a copy when visiting one of our facilities in Coburg, Oregon, Wakarusa or Elkhart, Indiana, or your nearest Holiday Rambler dealer. Thanks for reading.
