Parking Policy and Procedures
Upon your arrival at the service center
you will need to check in at the Service counter located
in the Customer
Lobby.
Camping spaces are a first come, first serve. At the
time of arrival you will be given a window tag, with
explanation of camping.
Unfortunately, coach parking
at the Factory Service Center is limited. We would appreciate
if you could
schedule your
arrival no more than one day prior to your scheduled
appointment. In the event parking is not available during
your appointment,
there are local RV parks as an alternative, at your expense. Please park your tow vehicles in the designated
space located next to your coach in the campground. Space
is limited
at the building so we ask that you not park next to the
building.

The Monaco RV Service Center is located 10 mi.
North of our Coburg Production Facilites, in the town of Harrisburg.
From Interstate 5, take exit #209. Head West on Diamond Hill
Rd. Our Service Center is 5 mi. from I-5. The light blue buildings
are located on the right side of the road.
A few helpful things to better serve you, our customers.
Due to the fact that we schedule our shop according to items and not coaches, unless it is an emergency issue, we cannot allow any additions to the work orders after the initial write-up. Please do not ask us to make any exceptions, we do not like to say no.
Business hours are between 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., unless otherwise specified.
We have an open shop policy during above business hours.
Please park your car with your coach when it is in a hook-up. Do not block parking spaces with tow vehicles while unit is in for repairs. Parking places change each day. Monaco RV assumes no responsibility for the assigning of parking places.
Updates on the progress of your coach will be given to you every afternoon by your service writer. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask your service writer.
Any communications about coach repairs need to go through a service writer please. Techs can only do what is written on a work order. Our service shop is open to customers during repairs. Safety glasses must be worn at all times, no exceptions.
After the initial write up, coaches will be picked up at approximately 7:45 a.m. Units will be returned to the campground at the end of the shift each evening, usually between 3:30 PM- 4:00 PM (subject to change). We will advise you if it will be any later than this. Updates on the progress are given between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. in the lobby unless otherwise specified.
Please keep in mind that some items will be "work in progress" and will not be completed or signed off. However, do not hesitate to come to us with any concerns about a repair.
Units will usually be picked up from their campsite shortly after the start of the days' shift.
For the safety of your pets we ask that you remove them from the coach while it's in the shop.
For your safety and liability purposes, all repairs and services completed on your coach while in this facility must be performed by a Monaco technician.
Factory tours are at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM daily at the plant. Please be there a few minutes early.
The Customer lounge is open from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. For the comfort of our coach owners with allergies, we ask that you please keep pets off the furniture. Coffee, tea, internet hook-up, phone, fax machine, TV, and laundry facilities are available for your convenience during your stay.
Currently our shop rate is $109.00 per hour, with a half hour minimum. Subject to change.

We ask you observe the following
rules.
- Our Service Shop is open to customers during repairs.
- Please
no Smoking.
- Please wear Safety glasses at all times while
in the shop.
- Please wear closed toe shoes.
- An escort is required in
unauthorized area. (specialty buildings and fenced areas)
- Refrain
from assisting or performing repairs on your coach while
it is in for repairs.
- Direct all concerns and additional
item to your Service Writer, Technicians are
not allowed
to
perform work
that is not properly documented.
