Summer Heat and Beats

June 6, 2023

A summer without music festivals is almost unthinkable! The first concert or show of the season is like the unofficial kick-off of summer. When attending a festival, camping is a popular opinion, but you don’t have to rough it. Pack up your Holiday Rambler and head out for these unforgettable music festivals this season!

Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival: Wed, Jun 14, 2023 – Sun, Jun 18, 2023

Taking place each June on a massive 700-acre farm in Manchester, TN, Bonnaroo is a beautiful four days of music, art, and community. The multi-genre lineup includes more than 150 artists performing on some of the most iconic stages in the world. With music going around the clock, the main “Centeroo” stays open with dance and music sets running into the morning hours.

For each RV entering the Tollbooth into Bonnaroo, an RV pass is required. Think of the RV pass like a wristband for your RV. Each RV lot is around 20′ X 50′. Tents can also be set up if they are within the allotted space. Any slides or awnings must also be kept within your designated lot.

Electric Forest: Thu, Jun 22, 2023 – Sun, Jun 25, 2023

Electric Forest is a cross-genre weekend music festival that focuses on electronic dance music and jam bands. Previously titled The Rothbury Festival, this festival is held in Rothbury, Michigan at the Double JJ Resort. In 2017, Electric Forest was nominated for Festival of the Year at the Electronic Music Awards.

Enjoy Electric Forest in comfort by packing up your Holiday Rambler and heading in the festival! The General Admission RV Add-On With Power allows you to park your RV in the campgrounds and comes with a 30 amp / 110 v hookup. The GA RV Add-On With Power includes one GA Vehicle Pass for an RV, and one GA Vehicle Pass for an RV companion vehicle. You must also purchase your own wristband to enter the festival.

Burning Man: Sun, Aug 27, 2023 – Mon, Sep 4, 2023

Over 70,000 guests from all over the world come together to visit the landscapes of the Black Rock Desert Playa to create Black Rock City, the largest temporary metropolis in the world. The large festival full of music and art is centered around community and self-expression.

RVs at Burning Man are welcome! Bring your Holiday Rambler along to experience this festival in comfort. RVing is one of the best ways to camp at the Black Rock Desert Playa, but be aware, Burning Man is a boondocking trip that most RVers will never forget. This means no hookups, so maximize your resources and use your generator sparingly. For more boondocking tips and tricks, check out this blog!
